HOSPITAL PROJECTS consultants possess the knowledge and experience to facilitate surgical and medical construction projects from concept to completion. Our staff have passed numerous medical based qualifications in both specialised Healthcare Ventilation and Medical Gases.

Design

HOSPITAL PROJECTS have a thorough appreciation of the Healthcare sector and the demands that it presents. Through our outstanding experience and knowledge, we have guided our healthcare clients and helped new thinking in this specialised field of design and construction. We have acted as an advisors / support between our clients and Design teams through to the construction project managers and engineers on many projects worldwide, to provide the necessary technical experience and knowledge of international standards and HTM’s / HBN’s (UK Health Technical Memorandums & Health Building Notes).

With a great knowledge of the latest and best fixed medical equipment on the market, Hospital projects are able to use this knowledge and our relationship with manufacturers to get the best possible value in your purchase of medical equipment. Such as, but not limited to, Pendants, Operating Lamps, Operating Tables and Laminar Air Flow Systems.

Testing & Commissioning

We are able to provide you with testing & commissioning management services including independent verification. HOSPITAL PROJECTS also provide specialist theatre ventilation commissioning services with our significant experience in the field. Examples of our work included the commissioning of a new laminar flow canopy without the need for glass sidewalls at the Craigavon Area Hospital, Northern Ireland. This independently verified system, was the 1st ever compliant ‘skirtless’ UCV system to British HTM 2025 / 03 Standards.
